Xinkailai releases 31 semiconductor devices in 6 major categories

On March 27th, it was reported that during the SEMICON China 2025 exhibition held in Shanghai, the domestic semiconductor equipment newcomer Xinkailai officially released 31 new products in 6 categories.

Specifically, it includes epitaxial deposition EPI equipment (Emeishan series), atomic layer deposition ALD equipment (Alishan series), physical vapor deposition PVD equipment (Putuo Mountain series), etching ETCH equipment (Mount Wuyi series), film deposition CVD equipment (Changbai Mountain series) and quantity detection equipment (including Yuelu Mountain series, Danxia Mountain series, Penglai Mountain series, Mogan Mountain series, Tianmen Mountain series, Yimeng Mountain series, Chibi Mountain series and RATE series products for power detection).

Du Lijun, President of the Process Equipment Product Line at Xinkailai Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd., stated that, AI、 The demand and growth of computing power in industries such as intelligent driving are driving steady growth in the semiconductor equipment market. The evolution direction of new equipment technologies is towards higher energy control accuracy, faster hardware response speed, and larger process windows. Taking radio frequency/plasma fields as an example, it is expected that there will be a 10 fold improvement in energy control accuracy and a hardware response speed improvement from 10 milliseconds to 1 millisecond in the evolution process from 7 nanometers to 3 nanometers. At present, based on the design concept of first generation process, first generation material, and first generation equipment, Xinkailai has developed six categories of process and quantity detection equipment, including etching products, diffusion products, thin film products, physical measurement products, X-ray measurement products, and optical quantity detection products, covering advanced logic and storage, and supporting the evolution towards more advanced nodes.
